Discover the Heart of Sage and Soothe
Meet Christina Hull
Christina Hull is an educator, author, speaker, and retreat facilitator who is reshaping how individuals, families, and organizations understand trauma, the nervous system, and what it actually takes to heal.
With over a decade of experience at the intersection of polyvagal science, trauma education, and whole-life wellness, Christina brings academic rigor and hard-won personal wisdom into every room she enters. She teaches graduate-level social work at Missouri State University, consults with organizations and agencies navigating trauma-informed transformation, facilitates immersive nature-based retreats, and is the forthcoming author of Parenting Beyond Survival.
Christina founded Sage and Soothe Wellness on a simple but radical belief: that healing is not a luxury, a diagnosis, or a destination. It is a practice. And everyone deserves access to it.
Christina knows what it costs to rebuild a life. She also knows the science behind why it is so hard. That combination of lived experience and academic depth is what she brings to every stage, classroom, and retreat space she steps into.
