Consulting & Supervision

The work you are doing is only as sustainable as the nervous system doing it.

Consulting and Supervision

Christina Hull works at the intersection of clinical depth and systems thinking. Whether you are an individual clinician looking for a grounded second perspective or an organization ready to build something that actually holds, the work begins in the same place: honest conversation about what is really happening and what is genuinely possible.

Organizational Consulting

Christina works with nonprofits, educational institutions, behavioral health organizations, and community agencies ready to move from trauma-informed language into trauma-informed practice.

Her consulting draws from over a decade of experience building curriculum, training programs, and organizational frameworks inside real community systems. She has designed workforce development programming, built cross-sector partnerships, developed community education initiatives, and led systems-level change in rural and under-resourced settings. She understands what it takes to create programming that outlasts a single training event and builds capacity that stays in the room after she leaves.

Consulting engagements are tailored to your organization's specific context, goals, and community. Areas of focus include trauma-informed organizational development, curriculum and training design, community education strategy, and workforce development for behavioral health and educational settings.

Clinical Case Consultation

For licensed and provisionally licensed mental health professionals navigating complex cases, Christina offers consultation grounded in trauma-informed practice, somatic approaches, and nervous system science. Whether you are stuck on a case, integrating a new modality, or need a grounded second perspective, this is a space for honest, collegial, and clinically rigorous conversation.

Clinical Supervision

Christina offers supervision for social work graduates and provisionally licensed clinicians working toward full licensure in Arkansas and Missouri. Her approach is rooted in somatic awareness, nervous system resilience, and trauma-informed practice.

Supervision here is not just about logging hours. It is about becoming the kind of clinician whose own regulated nervous system is the most powerful tool in the room.
