Discover the Heart of Sage and Soothe
Meet Christina Hull
Christina Hull is an educator, speaker, retreat facilitator, and forthcoming author whose work lives at the intersection of trauma science, nervous system healing, and whole-life wellness.
She teaches graduate-level Social Work at Missouri State University, and consults with organizations navigating trauma-informed practice rooted in somatic healing and nervous system restoration. Her forthcoming book, Parenting Beyond Survival, brings that same depth to families.
Christina founded Sage and Soothe Wellness on the belief that healing is not a luxury, a diagnosis, or a destination. It is a practice. And everyone deserves access to it.
She understands what it takes to rebuild a life from the inside out. She also understands the science that explains why that work is so hard. That combination of lived experience and clinical depth is what she brings to every room she walks into.
