Discover the Heart of Sage and Soothe
Meet Christina Hull
Christina Hull is a trauma educator, clinician, systems thinker, and forthcoming author with over a decade of experience at the intersection of behavioral science, community education, and organizational practice.
She holds licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in two states and serves as graduate faculty in a university social work program, where she teaches advanced clinical curriculum and prepares the next generation of practitioners to work with the whole person inside complex systems. In her organizational role, she co-leads a regional trauma service line at one of the country's largest nonprofit behavioral health organizations, overseeing a team of licensed clinicians delivering trauma-informed care across rural and underserved communities.
Her career has been built inside real systems, not alongside them. She has developed curriculum, designed workforce training programs, built community education initiatives, led cross-sector partnerships, and created organizational frameworks in the places where access is lowest and the need is highest. That grounded, systems-level experience is what she brings to her writing, her speaking, her consulting, and her retreats.
She founded Sage and Soothe Wellness on the belief that healing is not a luxury, a diagnosis, or a destination. It is a practice. And everyone deserves access to it.
She understands what it takes to rebuild a life from the inside out. She also understands the science that explains why that work is so hard. That combination of lived experience, clinical depth, and systems-level thinking is what she brings to every room she walks into.
