Sage and Soothe retreats are immersive, nature-based experiences for people who are done with surface-level wellness. Rooted in nervous system science, somatic practice, and the kind of stillness that only comes from stepping fully out of ordinary life, these retreats are designed to help you return to yourself.

Whether you are an individual seeking restoration, a leader needing to recalibrate, or a woman ready to do something real for herself, there is a place for you here.

What to Expect

Every Sage and Soothe retreat is grounded in nervous system regulation and polyvagal-informed practices that create genuine safety in the body. Somatic movement and trauma-informed yoga that meets you exactly where you are. Guided reflection, journaling, and creative expression for deeper self-knowing. Community and connection in an intentional, restorative space. Nature immersion as medicine, not backdrop.

Christina is available as a guest facilitator for retreats hosted by wellness centers, retreat organizers, and organizations.
