Rooted in nervous system science, somatic practice, and the kind of stillness that only comes from stepping fully outside of ordinary life, these retreats create the conditions for something genuine to happen. Not a program. Not a performance. A return to yourself.
What to Expect
Every retreat is built around practices that create real safety in the body and space for what actually needs to emerge.
Nervous system regulation and polyvagal-informed practices. Somatic movement and trauma-informed yoga that meets you where you are. Guided reflection, journaling, and creative expression. Intentional community and connection. Nature as medicine, not backdrop.

Christina is available as a guest facilitator for retreats hosted by wellness centers, retreat organizers, and organizations.
